Join us On Tuesday 10th June  at 10.30am for an exciting author event!

Cristina Loggia will discuss her WWII spy thriller novel set in Rome, ‘Lucifer’s Game’. Cordelia Olivieri is a determined young hotel owner desperate to escape Mussolini’s racial persecution. But as Fascist leaders gather in Rome, Cordelia is suddenly surrounded by the world’s most ruthless and powerful commanders. Going undercover, Cordelia begins obtaining and leaking military intelligence to a British agent, hoping the intel will secure her freedom. But the more Cordelia uncovers, the greater the risks . . .

During an interview she will share her personal journey as an author, from book idea to publication, her imagination and inspiration, her writing style and process, the challenges she has faced, and the success she has enjoyed. Tea, coffee and biscuits provided! (the Library asks for a £1 donation please).

Please arrive 10 minutes early to receive your drink and take your seat in preparation for the event! (Please let library staff know if you have any allergies).

Spaces are limited for this event so please book your free space/s with library staff, either in-person at the library, or by messaging: lib-mar@buckinghamshire.gov.uk.
