Gina Kirkham, was born on the Wirral in the not so swinging 50’s. She grew up to be a Police Officer and when she retired, she took to writing. Her best-selling books include feisty sleuths Mavis Upton and Prunella Pearce both of whom solve murders using their wit, grit, determination with perhaps just a few comical mishaps along the way. Gina’s characters are truly national treasures, join Gina for a night of laughter as we discover what truly inspires her.

David Jackson is the author of numerous internationally published crime novels. His debut novel, Pariah, was Highly Commended in the Crime Writers’ Association Debut Dagger Awards. Cry Baby was nominated by Amazon as one of their Best Books of the Year. In his spare time, David hosts writing courses and is an academic at Liverpool University. He lives with his wife, children, and cat Mr. Tumnus.

Luca Veste novels are described as terrifying, with just a splash of scouse humour. His debut novel was described as “Gripping, unpredictable, genuinely shocking and impossible to put down, Dead Gone… a remarkable début.” (Steve Mosby) Luca has studied psychology and criminology at Liverpool University and when he’s not writing, he plays bass for Fun Lovin’ Crime Writers.
