To celebrate National Crime Reading Month, join us in conversation with crime noir novelist, Natalie Marlow to discuss her latest book ‘The Red Hollow’, a dark and atmospheric 1930s-set historical crime novel, starring private detective William Garrett.

Natalie Marlow is a historical crime novelist with a fascination for the people and landscapes of the Midlands. Her critically acclaimed debut novel, Needless Alley, was a Val McDermid New Blood pick at the Theakston Old Peculiar Crime Writing Festival, 2023, and a Financial Times Thriller of the Summer, 2023. The Red Hollow, the second in the ‘William Garrett’ series, was published in March 2023. Natalie has an MA in Crime Writing from the University of East Anglia and is currently working on her third novel.

There will be an opportunity to meet the author and have your book signed too. Copies of the book will be available for sale on the day.
